I am 34 years old and am currently working as senior mechanical engineer at ABC Tech Company in Shanghai. I hold a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree from Shanghai Tongji University. I am married and my wife will be having our first child this coming autumn.
我今年34岁，目前是上海ABC技术公司的高级机械工程师，获上海同济大学学士学位和硕士学位，已婚，太太将于秋季生育我们的第一个孩子。

I have been considering immigrating to Canada for quiet some time and would like to know if my qualifications and work experience make me eligible to apply. I have enclosed my resume as well as a bank statement of my current financial status and my English proficiency level.
